All camps are non-refundable excluding injury with a doctor note stating specifically that the participant is not to engage in physical activity. Should you cancel at the last minute or no show your appointment dates you will lose the full value of the camp. Should you cancel early enough that we can fill the camp date you will be given a full refund, less processing fees. All skiers must be on the dock by start time noted above. If you are late to your camp day and miss the first rotation of skiers you will forfeit that lesson for the day.
BAD WEATHER
Sometimes the rain or wind chooses to ruin our plans. In cases of lingering bad weather, a staff member will reach out to inform you that we are unable to safely complete your set. We will do our best to complete any unused sets before the end of the camp week. Should we not be able to complete these sets, they will roll over to a make up day of your choosing. Sets not used because of a weather delay will not be refunded, but will sit on your account to use at a later date up to 1 year from original camp date.
EQUIPMENT
Feel free to bring your own equipment, but if you donβt have your own donβt worry, we have life jackets and skis on the dock at all times! Gloves and wetsuits are recommended but not provided, and can be purchased on-site at McClintock's Pro Shop, along with anything else you would like to add to your collection!
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
If you do not have one on file already, you will be asked to store a credit card on file upon check in. This is to ensure seamless processing of all charges should you choose to add on any additional lessons or equipment for your child. All credit cards are stored in a secure software system that has been encrypted with security measures for your safety and privacy. A staff member will not charge anything without your knowledge and records of all transactions will be available within your Mindbody account. Should you have any concerns please email us at info@skimcclintocks.com
STAFF MEMBER RESPECT
All clients are required to respect our staff at all times, as they are required to respect you. Any patrons who are abusive to our staff will have their camp week terminated immediately and any unused sets will be forfeited.
LAKE RESPECT
As much as we wish we owned the lake and could call it private, we donβt! Please respect all homeowners as this is their backyard too. If you notice a homeowner or fellow boater being disrespectful please inform a staff member who will be in touch with our owners to address the situation.
OPEN DOOR POLICY
Should you ever have any concerns about anything please know reach out to Jaime McClintock at jaime@skimcclintocks.com.
