McClintock's Waterski Club feels like a family, & the social support is amazing. I am 78 years old and the young people in the club pretend to not notice my age difference! I know that my fitness and quality of life are entirely attributable to my years in the Club, & I am proud to be a member. A person derives their habits from the company they keep, which is perhaps the greatest benefit of belonging to the Club.

I would be remiss if I didn't talk about the level of instruction. When I mention waterskiing to people, they often say they have tried but can't do it. I can absolutely guarantee that McClintocks can make a competent waterskier out of anyone, of any age or ability. I have taken many friends to the Club. One woman who couldn't swim, & was terrified of the water was able to ski on her first lesson. One of my best memories was taking a friend's children when they were three & five. You have never seen such excitement as when those children came back to the dock after a successful lesson!
